BIO

I've been working as a freelance photographer since 2008.

My work focuses primarly on the maritime world and its actors, including sailing, fisheries, Islands life, water sports and more.

I started to show my photographs of sailing (off shore / inshore races) in a large sports agency, DPPI, for 2 years.

Today I am part of the collective Sea & Co who has some of the great names in marine photography.

From 2010 to 2012, I boarded the research vessel Tara. I shipped 3 times on board in the Indian Ocean, Pacific and Atlantic. One year spent aboard in total, gave birth to a large photo exhibition with 100 large format photographs that was exposed Saint Malo, Lorient, "Pont Alexandre III" in Paris, outdoor in the city of Roscoff and at the "Yacht Club de Monaco".

The visit to Polynesia aboard Tara in 2011 made me fall in love for Tahiti and her Islands where i've been back to live since 2013.

Island life became my favorite subject always with a penchant for sailing.

Indeed, with my friend Ato Lissant, a native polynesian, we have formed since 2012, an association to reintroduce traditional sailing canoes in the lagoon on the atoll of Fakarava wich is a Biosphere Reserve recognized by UNESCO. Many different programs compose the project such as the polynesian culture, education with children, science and eco-friendly-tourism.

Today, the project has twenty technical, institutional and financial partners.

My main clients are in the press, edition, sponsors and events organisations.
